Citi 311 app for iPhone and iPad

The Citi 311 App is a location-based Citizen Request and Concerns Reporting System used by state and local municipalities using the HiperWeb Work and Asset Management system. Once the citizens location is determined, citizens will see requests filtered specifically to their municipality. If the requests location needs to be changed, citizens can search for a location or drag and drop the pin to the requests specific location. Citizens can then upload photos, fill in the request details and submit their request to their authorized municipality using the HiperWeb system.
